Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wen Electric Solutions Corp ("Wen Electric Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through the Wen Projects mobile application. Wen Projects is intended for authorized company personnel and project collaborators.
Information we collect
Depending on how the app is used, we may process account information such as name, email address, role, and account status; project information such as names, addresses, client names, progress, status, assignments, notes, and activity history; missing-material details; photos and PDF plans uploaded by users; timestamps and user identifiers associated with app actions; and device notification tokens and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Camera, photos, and files
With device permission, Wen Projects can access the camera, photo library, or file picker when a user chooses to upload project documentation. The app does not access these sources unless the user initiates the action. Selected photos and PDF plans may be stored with the related project and made available to authorized users.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce Master and Worker permissions, operate and maintain project workflows, display project documentation to authorized personnel, send operational notifications, protect company information, troubleshoot issues, maintain an audit history, and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.
Service providers
Wen Projects uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and App Check, to provide authentication, cloud data storage, file storage, notifications, and abuse protection. Information may be processed by Google in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also use platform services supplied by Apple and Google to distribute and operate the app.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with authorized users, service providers acting on our behalf, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Wen Projects, maintain business and project records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type. Deactivating a user does not automatically remove project activity or records contributed by that user.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and role-based permissions. No electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Authorized users may request correction of profile information or deactivation or deletion of their app account by contacting us. We may retain information when permitted or required for legitimate company, contractual, security, or legal purposes. Device permissions for camera, photos, files, and notifications can be managed in the device settings, although disabling them may limit app features.
Children's privacy
Wen Projects is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or our practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
